#64 💡 Custom default filter with Vizlib Writeback in Qlik Sense

Writeback is not just creating data. 💡 It's also adding out of the box features right in #Qlik with Vizlib#dailyqlikchallenge 64 ...

I'm just getting crazy with Writeback, sorry 🤪

Yesterday, I saw a post from Martin Mahler about Vizlib Filter.
In short, you can easily set up a default filter when a sheet opens, with one or multiple values, or Qlik expression.

Cool! 😀

But what if you want to let users choose their default filters?

Not so long ago, we had to store data outside of Qlik, most often in spreadsheets.

If we talk about user's settings, we needed to allow people to update that file, reload the Qlik application, handle data entry errors.

Headaches.🤯

This time is over. Thanks to?

👉 Writeback! 😄

You can see me adding values on two different filters in the Gif when I go back to the sheet.
